I was not really surprised when I saw Kate Moss named as one of the best dressed by US Vogue .. but then I started to see some other Brits such as Carey Mulligan who was given the Free Spirit Award ... and the always fashionable Alexa Chung who was given the Street Cool Award ..... Congrats to them for making the top ten best dressed list ... some of the other people who made the list were woman such as Blake Lively, Marion Cotillard, Michelle Obama, Jessica Beal, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Of course Lady GaGa !!!!! Congrats to all of the for always looking great ...... and I fully agree with all the choices :)
